Information in English
New to Sweden? We understand that navigating healthcare in a new country can be challenging. Here, you’ll find information on how to book an appointment, register with us, and how the system works in general.

How it works
Healthcare Registration in Sweden
In Sweden, everyone needs to be registered with a local healthcare center. This ensures that you have a regular doctor and a specific place to contact when you need medical help, advice, or treatment.
If you are new to Sweden, you will need to register with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) to receive a personal identity number (personnummer). This number is important for accessing many services, including healthcare.
However, even if you do not yet have a Swedish personal number, we can still help you. If you need medical assistance, we can create a temporary personal number so you can receive the care you need.
How to Get Help: Step by Step
Call us at 040 – 617 09 10 to start the process.
When you call, you will be given a time for when one of our nurses will call you back.
Speak with one of our nurses.
At the agreed time, a nurse will call you. During the call, you can explain what you need help with and ask any questions you might have.
Get an appointment scheduled if needed.
After talking to the nurse, if there is a need for further care, an appointment will be booked for you.
